The Fishing Creek watershed is the third largest watershed in Calvert County, covering 13,278 acres. The watershed has roughly 26 miles of stream in it, with over 8 species of fish living in its waters. Our survey site was located midway down Hardesty Road, where the road crosses over Fishing Creek itself.
